This  includes recording disbursements and receipts, sales tax calculation and preparation, recording and maintaining payroll informations, payroll reports (including w2's), bank reconciliations and Financial Statements.

We calculate pay checks based on the  hours you give us.  We then either give you a print out of the payroll for you to write your own checks or print the checks using either our checks (an escrow account) or your checks.  Included with the service is the preparation of quarterly reports and w2's at the year end.  We also calculate your 941 deposits and state withholding deposits, when necessary.  Since IRS will not allow 941 deposits to be made at the bank, we do offer EFTPS payment to be made from our office.

If our checks are used, you pay us the gross payroll plus all the taxes and the fee with each payroll.  We then make all payroll tax deposits.

We prepare income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and non-profit organizations.  The software we use is capable of doing the state returns for all the states.

We will advise clients on income tax planning, business planning and accounting, payroll accounting, IRS and AZ Dept of Rev laws and other general financial matters.  We do not do Estate planning.

As well as doing the usual payroll reports, income tax reports, and sales tax reports.  We do have experience doing the Forest Service Annual GAF reports.

We will do your client billing for you.  Posting, from you records, the details of sales invoices, mailing them, collecting the receipts and depositing them into your account.  With this service we will supply you with reports showing receipts, deposits and aging.  We will do as little or as much as you require.
